ORDER STATUS

How long does it take to receive shipments after ordering?

When placing orders with the National Collector’s Mint, we ask that our customers allow 10-14 business days (2-3 weeks) for processing and receipt of their orders.

Do you provide rush shipping?

Our standard delivery time for orders is 10-14 business days. For credit card and online orders, we do offer overnight and/or 2 days shipping for an additional charge. Simply select your shipping preference at checkout. (Please note: this service is based upon item availability.)

When mailing your order, please be certain to include a small note indicating the exact item you wish to order, including any reservation code or department number if you are shopping from a catalog, advertisement, or mailing.

What are acceptable payment methods?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as Debit Cards, bearing a Visa or MasterCard logo, Wire Transfers, and Check-by-Telephone.

If ordering by mail, we also accept money orders, checks, and bank certified checks drawn on United States funds.

Are there any order limits?

Due to special releases or limited availabilities, items are sold subject to a limit, which sets the maximum number allowed per order. Please refer to your offer or call our Customer Service Dept. at 1-800-452-4381 for specific order limits.

Please accept our apologies for the condition of your package. Our shipping department goes to great lengths to ensure that our quality merchandise is shipped securely. If you wish to replace the item, we suggest you consider sending in your return via insured mail or insured UPS.  Make sure you retain your shipping receipt in case proof of delivery is required.

How to Return Merchandise

All returns must be in their original condition, and must be packaged securely to prevent damage/breakage in transit.  Any bonus items you received by purchasing the product being returned MUST be enclosed to ensure proper credit.  ENCLOSE THIS FORM with your return and affix the Merchandise Return Label provided to the outside of the package.  For your protection, we suggest you consider sending your return via insured mail or insured UPS. Make sure you retain your shipping receipt in case proof of delivery is required.

For returns with a total value greater than $500.00:  You will receive expedited processing of any return over $500.00 when you use a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. AT 1-800-452-4381, between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm ET Monday through Friday to get an RMA#.  Write your RMA# on your Merchandise Return Label provided. Returns with a total value greater than $500.00 without an RMA# may be delayed in processing.
